01About these terms
This website is operated by Fast Track Building Material LLC, Office #2&3, Al Nakheel Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where a quotation, invoice or written agreement from us sets out different terms, those terms apply to that order and take priority over these.
02Using this website
The content on this website is for general information about our products and services. We may change, update or remove content at any time without notice. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage it or interfere with other users.
03Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for guidance and may differ from the items supplied, including where a manufacturer changes a product. Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order.
Any technical advice we give is offered in good faith to help with selection. You remain responsible for confirming that products are suitable for your application and comply with the specifications, codes and regulations that apply to your project.
04Quotations and prices
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock availability at the time of order. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and VAT is charged at the applicable rate under UAE law.
05Orders
An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, by email, purchase order acknowledgement or invoice. Items sourced or imported specially for you may not be cancelled once ordered from the manufacturer, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
06Payment
Payment is due on the terms stated on your quotation or invoice. Credit accounts are offered at our discretion and are subject to approval.
07Delivery and collection
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods when you receive them and report any shortage or visible damage to us promptly, quoting your delivery note or invoice number.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
08Returns
Returns are accepted only with our prior agreement. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items cut to size, made or sourced to order, or specially imported are generally not returnable.
09Warranty
Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, we will pass on the benefit of that warranty to you. Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or time. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images and the Fast Track logo, belongs to Fast Track Building Material LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.
